Doreen Rachal is a partner at Sidley Austin LLP, where she is a member of Sidley’s White-Collar Defense and Investigations, Healthcare, and Securities Enforcement and Regulatory groups. She represents companies and individuals in matters involving civil and criminal investigations, including grand jury matters, and enforcement actions conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and state government agencies.

Doreen’s professional accomplishments and commitment to public service have been recognized by numerous organizations, including the Boston Bar Association, Massachusetts Black Women Attorneys, and the Supreme Judicial Court Standing Committee on Pro Bono Legal Services.

At the BBA, Doreen is a current member of the Boston Bar Association Amicus Committee and the BBA’s representative on the Joint Bar Committee. She has previously served as a member of the White-Collar Crime Conference Advisory Committee, John & Abigail Adams Benefit Steering Committee, White Collar Conference Committee, Annual Meeting Steering Committee, and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Section. Doreen is a graduate of the Catholic University of America and Howard University Law School.
