David Zimmer is a Partner and Co-Founder at Zimmer, Citron & Clarke, an appellate litigation boutique that focuses on appeals and dispositive motions, primarily in plaintiff-side litigation.  David is also a Lecturer at Harvard Law School, where he teaches the Federal Courts Clinic and Seminar. David has extensive experience representing clients in appeals and complex civil litigation. He has argued or second-chaired seven merits cases at the U.S. Supreme Court and dozens of appeals in federal and state appellate courts across the country.  David dedicates a significant portion of his time to pro bono work and public service, with a particular focus on immigration law. At the BBA, he is a member and former Co-Chair of the Amicus Committee.
