Colin Van Dyke is the Managing Partner at Anderson & Kreiger. There, he helps clients with a wide array of environmental and real estate matters, including remediation and redevelopment of contaminated properties, environmental compliance and enforcement defense, and transactional due diligence and contract negotiation. He has helped the firm revise its hiring procedures to ensure it identifies a diverse pool of candidates for all positions. He also helped establish the Anderson & Kreiger Legal Diversity Fund, which provides financial, mentoring, and networking support to law students and college students interested in pursuing legal careers and who identify as a member of a racial or ethnic group that is traditionally underrepresented in the legal profession. At the BBA, Colin has been active in the Environmental Law Section, including the Sustainability Task Force. He has also served on the Fellows Committee, the Adams Benefit Steering Committee, and as Co-Chair of the Summer Jobs Program. He is also a proud Alumni of the Public Interest Leadership Program (2010-2011). Beyond the BBA, Colin maintains an active pro bono caseload focused on environmental and civil rights matters. He also serves on the boards of several organizations, including Lawyers for Civil Rights, Mass Bays National Estuary Partnership, and Zoo New England. He holds a B.A. from Wesleyan University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law.
