Chinh is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, where he co-chairs the Emerging Technology Practice. Chinh is currently a member of the Boston Bar Foundation Board of Trustees. He has served as BBA President (2022-2023), BBA President-Elect, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary. Chinh has also served on the BBA Executive Committee, Nominating Committee and the BBA’s Strategic Planning Committee. Chinh is a member of the Society of Fellows. He has been honored as “Attorney of the Year for New England” by ALM|Law.com, listed as a “Power 50: Movement Maker” by the Boston Business Journal”, recognized as a “Technology Law Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal, acknowledged as one of the “Top Emerging Tech Lawyer” by TechCrunch, named a leading IP Strategist by IAM Strategy 300, and honored as an “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business,” by the Asian American Business Development Center. Chinh is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
