Chinh is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, where he co-chairs the Venture Capital & Emerging Technology Practice and co-chairs the Boston Intellectual Property Practice. His practice focuses on the strategic creation, implementation, and protection of intellectual property rights for technology and life science clients. Chinh is the Immediate Past President of the BBA and a member of the Executive Committee. He previously served as President-Elect, Treasurer, Secretary of the BBA and as a member of the Council. He has also served on the Nominating Committee, chaired the Life Sciences Industry Group, and served on the BBA’s Strategic Planning Committee. Chinh is a member of the Society of Fellows. Outside of the BBA, he serves on the Board of Trustees at the Boston Museum of Science. He is also a company mentor at Harvard iLab, “The Garage” at Northwestern University, and MassChallenge. Chinh has been recognized as a “Technology Law Trailblazer” by The National Law Journal, acknowledged as one of the “Top Emerging Tech Lawyer” by Tech- Crunch, named a leading IP Strategist by IAM Strategy 300, and honored as an “Outstanding 50 Asian Americans in Business,” by the Asian American Business Development Center. Chinh is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley and the University of San Francisco School of Law.
