Andrew is a partner in Brown Rudnick’s Finance Practice Group, representing financial services sector participants, financial institutions, hedge funds and borrowers. His experience includes structuring cross- border transactions, representing lenders, hedge funds, and their portfolio companies in connection with problem credits and complex intercreditor relationships, and appearing in U.S. bankruptcy courts and other courts across the country. Andrew serves as the Firm Administrative Partner, focusing on administrative and financial operations. He also chairs Brown Rudnick’s Pro Bono Committee, and represents artists on a pro bono basis. Andy has significant involvement within the BBA and BBF, including serving as a member of the BBF Board of Trustees, former BBA Treasurer, former Chair of the Investment Committee and former co-chair of the Adams Benefit.
