Andy is the Administrative Partner at Brown Rudnick LLP, where he represents financial institutions, hedge funds, and borrowers in the documentation, structuring and recovery of commercial loans, structured finance transactions, and other complex transactions. He is Chair of the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. A member of the BBA Council, he is also Chair of the BBF Investment Committee, and has previously chaired the John & Abigail Adams Benefit Steering Committee and served on the BBA Annual Meeting Steering Committee. He has served as Co-Chair of the Commercial Lending Subcommittee. Andy is a member of the BBF Society of Fellows and the BBA and BBF Executive Committees. Andy serves on the Advisory Council for MIT’s Office of Planned Giving and is a member of the Vestry of St. John’s Episcopal Church in Hingham. Andy is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Boston University School of Law, where he was Editor-in-Chief of the Annual Review of Banking Law.
