Description:
The first in a three-part series examining access and equity issues in
energy, a distinguished panel of advocates discusses access and equity for
environmental justice and underserved populations in the context of the
Commonwealth’s energy efficiency programs. Panelists discuss the most
recent order issued by the Department of Public Utilities in January and take a
broader view of what the program has and has not accomplished over the course of
numerous three-year plan cycles, and what challenges still lie ahead.
