Description:
The goal of the program is to give new lawyers who practice
real estate law an in depth understanding of the development of a commercial
real estate transaction from acquisition to closing. Often, new
lawyers are given discrete tasks when
they work on real estate deals and they are not
always given the
opportunity to understand the overall
development of the deal. The program intends to help participants develop
the vocabulary
necessary to understand commercial real estate transactions and understand the typical chronology
of commercial deals.
