The challenges facing counsel representing individual corporate employees in white collar investigations is greater than ever. Changes in the government’s approach to white collar investigations, coupled with the corporations’ increasing interest in cooperating with criminal, civil, and regulatory inquires, have brought new issues to the forefront.
